Do you want to create quick yet lucrative cash flow while helping your clients transform very quickly? If so, a VIP Retreat offer is perfect! First let me explain what a VIP Retreat is and what it’s not. 

A VIP Retreat is concentrated time with a client on a specific topic that solves one problem and one problem only.  It’s typically one day of coaching/consulting  (five to seven hours) followed by one to two follow up sessions.  A VIP Retreat is not a long term offering nor is it designed to work through many different topics or problems.  It’s the time and space to solve one challenge that your ideal client is currently facing.

The Benefits of VIP Day Retreats
One of the biggest benefits of the VIP Retreat is that they are lucrative for the coach/consultant and builds momentum and forward movement for the client.  The coach chooses a strategic problem to solve then creates an opportunity to serve which leads to quick cash flow. The client receives everything they need to solve a particular problem so they can move forward quickly. 

Another really great benefit of a VIP Retreat is an increase of confidence.  See ,when you design a VIP Retreat with strategic steps and outcomes and deliver the VIP Day Retreat over and over again you build your confidence around the outcome.  This happens mainly because you are delivering the same content repeatedly. This means that you have the opportunity to continuously refine your content, thus building your confidence around the results that you help your clients create.   

In addition, offering a VIP Retreat is a fabulous way to gain expert status.  Again, because you strategically design your VIP retreat with a specific outcome you start to create positioning around this solution.  Organically, what happens is that you get known for that particular transformation.  Referrals also start to become another consistent income stream in your business!

How VIP Retreats Are Delivered
The really awesome thing about VIP Retreats is that they can be delivered in multiple formats.  You can offer them as  in person events.  I love live VIP retreats because obviously there is nothing more effective than live interaction with your clients.  By offering a live VIP retreat you get to up level the experience. Meaning you can enhance the day by creating a lovely environment for you and the client.  For my live VIP retreats, I typically select a hotel by the water and order gourmet lunches and snacks for both my client and myself. We  complete the day with a spa service.  Live VIP Retreats also allow you to increase your fee for the day because of the face to face interaction.  A live day also requires you as the coach/consultant to “be on” for the entire day and your fee must take that into consideration.  Then there is the virtual VIP Retreat which is very popular because travel is not required. The investment also tends to be a bit lower because the coach/consultant has very little expenses associated with the delivery of the day.  All you need to deliver a virtual VIP Retreat is a phone line, a recording service and an Internet connection.  You can also use Skype video to meet with your client which can be a lot of fun.   You can also create group and live VIP Retreats as well!

How to Integrate them Into Your Business
VIP Retreats are easy to design especially if you have a Signature Style System that you can pull content from.  You simply decide what the outcome will be and then design your day in a step by step format allowing for breaks and assignments to be worked on during the day. Keeping in mind that you will experience maximum results by creating a VIP Retreat that solves an urgent challenge that your ideal client may be facing.

In essence, VIP Retreats are amazing for all parties involved.  They create wonderful results in a short period of time for both the coach/consultant and the client!

Energize Your Cash Flow!

As I started to write today’s article, I almost named it “Kick-Start Your Cash Flow”. I realized what I wanted to share were some tips on how to ENERGIZE your cash flow.

It’s time to go beyond just the sales and selling aspects of business and re-connect with our inner business authority and engage our other senses. That is, to make things more experiential and activate another creative dimension.

There are four ways that I have found that make a big difference in energizing cash flow and magnetizing new sources of income. I wanted to share them with you because this is what helped me sell my way out of Corporate America at a young age.

If you follow these steps, it will enhance every thing else you do to grow your business, too.

Step #1:
Set a very clear intention about how much money you want to make by the end of the year. I suggest mediating on it so you get clear about what is possible. And, don’t edit the number that comes to you.

You will know it is the right number when you trust it and stop second-guessing whether or not you can or cannot make it. Let me just say, that isn’t the point. The point is go well beyond what you have known yourself to do in the past and open up to a bigger possibility.

(I recently did this exercise with a new offering I have coming out. The number that came to me as astounding. And, I am going to trust the answer I received and see what can happen.)

Step #2:
Decide that you will do three things each day to take the actions needed to reach and exceed that number. Write them down and take those actions first. Make it your first priority. If you complete your list before lunch, call that a super successful day!

Step #3:
Spend at least five minutes a day visualizing and seeing your self receiving large sums of money, EASILY. See the balance in your bank account boosted! Feel what it feels like to have more money than you need. Envision yourself making sales gracefully! Exercise those receiving muscles and breathe into them.

Step #4:
Sit back and think about the customers who have been around you. Are there a few that you have not done business with yet? Is there someone who needs the advanced version of what you offer?

I bet you can think of two to three people who you instinctively know would greatly benefit from what you sell. Call them this week and say “I have been thinking about you and I have an idea for you.” You are smart enough to take the conversation from there. Just please do it.

When you combine these four steps, you will be able to attract more business because you already energized it. And the actions you take will be amplified towards success.
